The eight-story building features three underground levels.

The first floor is designed for public use, hosting commercial spaces and an open entrance group. The spacious lobby is created as a shared space with a reception and
cozy areas to rest and wait.

Above are the apartments, where every layout follows the logic of life — focused on natural light and a clear separation between
private and guest zones.

The project's courtyard is small yet fully functional. Near the main entrance, a fountain with a sculpture welcomes residents, emphasizing the refined, artistic expression of the architecture.

among green spaces and complemented by art objects.
