The project is located within the city’s historic area, which introduced a number of zoning and planning restrictions, ultimately defining the approach to the overall master plan and massing.
The site is structured as a unified composition of two components: the hotel building itself and a public square that functions as an open social space.
The architecture is elegant and minimalist,
featuring a natural facade palette and soft volumetric plasticity that respect the scale of the environment while emphasizing the connection with the natural landmark.

Special attention is given to the landscaping.
The public square is designed as a recreational zone, integrating landscape design and art installations that transform the area into an open-air gallery. This approach extends the functional boundaries of the hotel, creating a high-quality, vibrant space for both visitors and locals alike.
